Creating Miracles From Your Mornings

Starting your day off right is the key to having a successful day which will assist in creating miracles in your life & business.

Lets look at the habits of two different people:

George wakes up at 6:30AM every day, scrolls through Facebook, checks the news and latest bitcoin price, showers & gets dressed, grabs his coffee & banana, kisses wife & kids goodbye before heading out the door at 7:30AM

Henry wakes up at 5:30AM every day, mediates, does affirmations and visualizations seeing himself achieve some massive goals, does some high-intensity cardio, journals his wins/challenges/ideas, reads, then grabs a shower, gets dressed, grabs his coffee & banana, kisses wife & kids goodbye before heading out the door at 7:30AM

Who would you place your money on between George & Henry?

I discovered a book called The Miracle Morning by Hal Elrod in May of 2020

Hal spent months researching the successful people and saw a common thread in how they spent their mornings. He combined all the best practices into what he calls "The Miracle Morning" since following these 6-steps will create miracles in your life.

I can speak from experience that I was George for many years. Even after reading the book it took me a few months to form new habits & start transforming into Henry.

My mornings are now my favorite part of my day. I consistently come up with my best ideas in the morning because I’m focused and my mind is clear.

What is the Miracle Morning?

Hal created an acronym called SAVERS which outline the 6 steps:

S - Silence - mediate for 5 minutes. Clam your mind

A - Affirmations - repeating positive statements can help overcome negative thoughts. 2 minutes

V - Visualization - if you can see yourself achieving your goals you can trick you brain to believing that you've already achieved it which helps build your confidence to achieve in real life. 3 minutes

E - Exercise - get the blood moving with some high intensity exercise such as jumping jacks, push ups, peloton, jog. Make sure you stretch too. 20 minutes

R - Reading - success people love to read and learn new concepts. If you can read 10 pages per day you'll finish over 12 books per year. 15 minutes.

S - Scribe - writing in a journal is my favorite of these. getting thoughts out of your brain and on to paper. Note your wins, challenges, & ideas. Write your goals every day to stay focused on them. 15 minutes

Total Time: 60 minutes

How to get started

New habits aren’t formed overnight. They take time and commitment. Start small. Get up 15 minutes earlier than you normally do. Start with 1-2 SAVER steps that you’re most comfortable with. Build this habit, then get up another 15 minutes, adding 1-2 more steps, repeat. Before you know it you will start seeing some really positive changes in your life and you won’t be able to go without the morning miracle.

Check out the book. Watch some testimonials on youtube as millions of people have credited the miracle morning for changing their live
